Overall perfectly pleasant stay. The staff were all exceptional, and the room was light filled. I enjoyed having a safe, central heating and an iron. Friendly service was provided. That was designer hotel set in historic area. Had appetising dishes in a pleasant restaurant...

Exceptionally attentive staff and GREAT breakfast with lots of options. My superior queen room had modern conveniences, including a minibar, an iron and a work desk. The hotel has perfect location just off shops. Late check-out was useful. Plus their wifi was great.

Location and staff were nice, and the hotel itself was great. Polanco subway station is not very far from the property. There is a good choice of restaurants and bars close enough to the building.

The gourmet restaurant and terrace bar were also available. The staff team was HELPFUL at any time. Consider staying here if you plan to visit the angel of independence. A private kitchen was ok for us.
